INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

tomato, 1
basil leaves, 10
buffalo mozzarella, 1
oregano, 1 tsp
salt and pepper
olive oil

PROCEDURE

Wash and cut tomatoes into slices 1/2 centimetre thick; slice the mozzarella and wash the basil leaves. Season tomatoes slices with salt and pepper, sprinkle with some oregano and a dash of oil. Put a slice of mozzarella on top and a couple of basil leaves. Continue until you finish all the ingredients. Garnish with some basil and a sprinkle of oil.
