INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE
white garlic fro Piacenza, 6 cloves
bow-tie pasta, 7 oz
2 knots of butter
grated parmigiano cheese
Bring to boil 2/3 liters of salt water.
Meanwhile put the garlic knots into a small pot and make them stew (about 20 minutes under a low flame).
When stewed, remove the garlic from the pot and use the same water to prepare a sauce with the butter knots. (If you like the garlic taste you can add the slices to the butter cream).
Cook and drain the pasta and add the butter and garlic cream. Season with salt, pepper and parmigiano cheese.
