I Love Italian Food is pleased to announce the partnership with International Culinary Center of New York.

The project 100per100 Italian Academy comes back and at this time it arrives for the first time in New York.
The long awaited american stage meets an important didactic partner, the International Culinary Center.

100per100 Italian ACADEMY in New York will be held on June 28th starting from 4pm at International Culinary Center and it will be dedicated on ITALIAN PASTA.

The secrets of the dish symbol of our cuisine will be told by two special guests: Chef Cesare Casella and Chef Guido Magnaguagno, both teacher of the Italian cuisine class at ICC.

A selected audience of Chefs and professional of food sector, will be attending at the lesson completely dedicated to the real Italian Pasta.

The whole project is realized with the support of Pastificio Felicetti and the collaboration of Parmareggio, Due Vittorie, GoldPlast and Rotari.
