INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
breadcrumbs, 8 tbs
E.V.olive oil, 4 tbs
garlic, 1 clove
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
basil and thym, to taste
grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon
Open the sardines and remove the central bone, remove the head and entrails.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
Add salt, pepper, chopped basil, thyme and chopped garlic.
Cover the sardine with the crumble and grill them 3 minutes on each side.
Garnish the sardines with lemon grated.
