INGREDIENTS PER 5 PEOPLE
Chicken slices, 25oz
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
White grapes , 4,4oz
Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp
Using a meat mallet, beat the chicken slices and put a slice of speck on each one. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Drizzle with a little oil, add salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes at 356°F, turned on ventilated mode.
Cut the peppers into strips and toss it in a pan with a little oil.
Halve the grapes, remove the seeds and set aside.
Take the rolls out of the oven. Cut them by taking small cuts to form the rolls.
On a serving platter arrange the sauteed peppers, add the grapes and the rolls. Serve.
