INGREDIENTS PER 1 PEOPLE

Mirto bianco (White Myrtle), 2,5 fl. oz
London dry gin, 1,3 fl. oz
orange angostura, some drops
the peel of a pink grapefruit to garnish

PROCEDURE

In the mixing glass of a boston, abundantly filled with ice cubes, pour 7.5 cl of Mirto Bianco (white myrtle) and 4 cl of London Dry Gin. Stir with a stirrer or a spoon to let the ice cool the liquid. Add two drops of orange Angostura and continue to mix well.
Pour the liquid into a double cocktail glass and garnish with a well-cooled pink grapefruit zest: your drink now is ready. Serve and quench your thirst…It’s delicious!
