INGREDIENTS PER 6 PEOPLE
cream, 2 cups
gorgonzola cheese, 1/3 oz.
smoked salmon, 12 slices
water, 2 tbsp
sugar, 1 tbsp
Chop the gorgonzola cheese and dissolve it in the cream in a bain-marie way.
In a saucepan, prepare the syrup with water and sugar.
Add the syrup to the cream and let it cool.
Pour into the drum of Il Gelataio – previously cooled in the freezer – and operate the shovel. The gelato will be ready in about 35 minutes.
Keep the gelato in the freezer until ready to serve.
Serve the gelato with the slices of smoked salmon.
