INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
fresh pleurotus mushrooms, 2 pounds
fresh parsley finely chopped, 1,7 oz
extra virgin olive oil, 0,6 fl oz
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat the grill.
Wash and damp the mushrooms with a towel.
Mix olive oil with salt and pepper and finely chopped parsley, pour the seasoning on top of mushrooms.
Place the mushroom on the warm grill.
Cook for 20minutes, turning the mushroom every 5 minutes.
Put some olive oil on them while cooking in order to keep them tender and juicy. Serve with the seasoning remained.
