INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

“spaghetti alla chitarra” (a typical Italian egg pasta), 7 oz
pork lard, 1,4 oz
tomatoes, 5,3 oz
salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil
chopped red chili
½ onion

PROCEDURE

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Chop the onion and cut the pork lard into thin slices, fry them in a little oil. When the onion becomes amber, add the red chili, tomatoes, salt and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
Meanwhile boil the water for the pasta, add the salt and the spaghetti; it is advisable to follow the cooking time (about 10 minutes).
When finished, drain and add to the prepared sauce making stir-fry. Buon appetito!
