INGREDIENTS PER 5 PEOPLE
sliced pineapple au naturel
pastry flour, 2 cups
brown sugar, 2/3 cup
white or pineapple yogurt, 1/2 cup
vegetable oil, 1/2 cup
baking powder, 3 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 360°F. Whisk together eggs and sugar, then add yogurt and oil. Sift together flour and baking powder, then slowly add them to the liquid mixture.
Pour the batter into a cake pan and lay pineapple slices on top, they will slowly soak in the batter.
Bake for 35-40 min.
