INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
1 lobster of 14,1 oz
cherry tomatoes, 150 gr
olive oil, 5 spoons
maltagliati -Italian pasta, 10,5 oz
Cook the lobster and let it rest until it is lukewarm; extract all the meat that you find inside the claws and in the tails . In a dish hash it.
Wash and cut in little pieces the zucchini and the cherry tomatoes and mix together these vegetables in a dish. In a pan with olive oil and garlic, mix cherry tomatoes, zucchini and lobster and cook it for 5 minutes.
In another pan, put the water with salt and cook the maltagliati (10 minutes).
Drain the maltagliati and mix them with the vegetables and lobster. Enjoy and taste it with hot pepper and pepper!
