zucchini, 2
white vinegar, 1 tbsp
garlic
mint
salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil
PROCEDURE
Wash the zucchini, cut into slices and fry in hot oil until they are golden brown.
Let them dry by placing them on a plate with a paper towel, so as to remove the excess oil. Season with garlic, mint and vinegar.
