INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE
Trivelle pasta, 14 oz
Aged cheese, 5 oz
Sausage, 7 oz
Olive oil, to taste
Cherry tomatoes, 5 oz
Grill sausages and cut them into chunks.
Cook the pasta in boiling salt water.
Sautee the tomatoes with onion cut in slices.
In a bowl combine the pasta, sausage and tomatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve.
