mozzarella, 14 oz
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
oregano, to taste
salt, to taste
Peel and wash the onions. Cut into slices not too thin. Insert toothpicks in the slices so that the rings don’t separate.
Place the onion slices on the preheated plate at maximum temperature. Cook for about 10 minutes and then turn them over.
Meanwhile wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
Slice the mozzarella well.
In a bowl pour plenty of oil, oregano and a pinch of salt.
Build turrets starting from the tomato and alternating mozzarella with onion. Pass before the sliced onion in the oil in the boule. Use a toothpick to hold together all the layers.
