minced pork meat, 28 oz
fresh ginger, 0.2 oz
curry, 2 teaspoons
onion, 2
yolks, 2
lime, 1
water, half a glass
apples, 3
moustard, 1 teaspoon
brown sugar, 1 tablespoon
salt, to taste
Apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon


Peel the ginger and chop finely. Peel the onions and slice finely, then sauté for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onions, ginger and curry, incorporare yolks and salt and pepper. Work the mixture with a spoon and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Meanwhile, cut the apples into pieces, put them in a saucepan with half a glass of water, sugar and vinegar. Cook for 10/15 minutes then remove from heat and whisk in the mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
With the minced pork meatballs round and form so many pierce of 12 wooden skewers.
Cook the skewers on the hot grill for 10 minutes, turn them occasionally.
When ready sprinkle with lime juice and distribute them in individual dishes with a few leaves of salad. Serve immediately accompanied with bowls of apple sauce.
