INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
monkfish, 35,27 oz
grated bread, 12,43 oz
fennel seeds, 1 tbsp
white pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
garlic , 1 clove
olive oil, 1,06 oz
Spice up the monkfish with salt and pepper.
Spice up the breadcrumbs with the fennel seeds, olive oil and chopped garlic.
Distribute the seasoned breadcrumbs over the fish.
Turn on the grill De’Longhi at maximum temperature.
After 5 minutes, add fish and cook it for about 30 minutes, turning it at half cooking till you get a crunchy cover.
