INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

prawns, 14 oz
olive oil
salt
garlic, ½ clove
black truffles, 2

PROCEDURE

Clean gently the truffles and put them in warm water for 4/5 minutes; later mince them. Spill and clean the prawns and filter the water of truffles, add olive oil and little pieces of minced truffles. Take a pan and put the prawns; cook it for 5 minutes with olive oil, salt, garlic and add the truffles. Put all in a dish and decoratie with peppermint leaf and pieces of truffles. Enjoy and taste it!
