INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
red tomatoes, 24,6 oz
breadcrumbs, 3,2 oz
olive oil, 0,35oz
salt , a pinch
garlic powder, a pinch
aromatic herbs, 1 tbsp
Wash tomatoes and cut them into halves.
Season them with a pinch of salt.
Turn the grill on to maximum temperature and after ten minutes turn down to the average temperature.
Cook the tomatoes approximately 20-25 minutes until they are soft.
In a frying pan add oil and the breadcrumbs and cook for a few minutes until crispy.
Season the bread with garlic and mixed herbs and put on grilled tomatoes.
