45 minutes

Peach yellow flesh, 5 pcs
Sugar, 2 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp
Egg Yolks, 2 pcs
Amaretti crumbs, 12/14 pcs
Marsala Vine, 2,11 fl oz
Icing sugar, 1 tbsp

Wash the peaches, cut in half and remove the stone.
Using a spoon or a knife remove the stone and take a bit of pulp (set it aside), so you can place the stuffing.
Crumble the amaretti in a bowl and mix together sugar, amaretti, cocoa, egg yolks and add the pulp taken previously but first will chopped.
Put the mixture in the hole of the peaches.
Arrange peaches in a pan and pour on the bottom Marsala simmer covering the pan with a lid.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, I personally prefer the cold with powdered sugar over.
