INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
fresh beans, 17 oz
pasta (short one), 7 oz
a ham bone (lard, 1,7 oz)
extra virgin olive oil
garlic, 2 cloves
ripe tomatoes, 2
1 stock cube
salt and pepper
In a saucepan, cook the fresh beans with the ham bone in salted water for about an hour.
In a crock pot with high edges, fry oil, garlic and onion.
Then add the chopped tomatoes, celery, 2/3 ladles of nut and cut the bacon into small pieces.
If you used the ham bone, remove it and pull its little pulp, pour the beans in the crock pot where you have already prepared the sauce. Start cooking again. Add the pasta (any short one) to taste and cook for the amount of minutes specified.
Serve after letting rest for a few minutes adding a little of olive oil and a little of pepper.
