Max Mariola is a tv chef of cooking television series on Gambero Rosso Channel Sky 412. He was born in Nettuno, a seaside near Rome and he has learned the passion for cooking from his mother.
“They call me Chef because always transform odors and flavors in dishes, but I would simply call me Max.”
Max loves a linear kitchen and made of seasonal products, not elaborated cooking techniques and affordable for everyone and he use to reinterpret the traditional and regional Italian dishes. His career in the world of cooking, begins as a teacher of cooking classes professional and amateur. Then he started the TV series on Gambero Rosso Channel Sky 412 and today he is a Talent of different cooking programs.
He was executive chef and supervisor of the quality food for Boscolo Hotel Group (in Italy and in Europe), for AIA and Veronesi Group, and executive chef of restaurants such as the Symposium of Cartoceto, the Park Royal Hotel and DOM Hotel in Rome, Italy.
