Osteria Francescana by Chef Massimo Bottura was awarded the price as the best restaurant in the world.
Last night, at Cipriani Wall Street of New York, for the first time an Italian restaurant got this award (World Fifty best restaurant’s 2016), getting over the former winner “El celler de Can Roca”.

I the list we find other 3 Italians: Piazza Duomo in Alba, by Enrico Crippa, Le Calandre in Rubano, by Massimo Alajmo and il Combal zero in Rivoli, by Davide Scabin.

The success of Massimo Bottura, involves the whole Italian cuisine, in Italy and abroad, it’s made of sacrifice, raw materials and a contemporary and innovative talent.
