On Tuesday december 18th, I Love Italian Food was assigned to realize a fundraising dinner in partnership with the “Pontificio Ufficio della Cultura” and the “Fondazione Cortile dei Gentili”.
In this wonderful set, I Love Italian Food has realized an emilian food experience, inspired to a pool’s result conducted by the organization that has elected Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma best typical italian products among 12 icons of the Italian cuisine in the world. Furthermore, according to the article published by Forbes, Emilia Romagna is the best place in the world for eating.
Guests degusted a “Spuma di zucca su croccante di Parmigiano e aceto balsamico”, a “rosa di Crudo e Mortadella”, a “Lasagnetta alla bolognese”, a “Coppa arrosto with demiglace of sottobosco” and a delicious Zuppa Inglese, a remake between innovation and tradition, realized by Cremeria Capolinea.
We gave to all guests a little present, a bag with the emilian treasure: Parmigiano Reggiano, Aceto Balsamico di Modena, Salumi, Lambrusco and much more. The food experience was realized thanks to the precious contribution of Daele Banqueting and thanks to the support of our partner:Aceto Due Vittorie, Parmareggio, Levoni, Smeraldina, Smeg, Casali Vini, Fieschi 1867, Associazione Italiana Sommelier, Cremeria Capolinea and Miosotis.
