Fiere di Parma has launched a new format dedicated to the Italian Food and Cibus Connect warmed the Parma fair center up with international meetings, cooking shows with many great Italian products and workshops focused on the internationalization of Italian food.

I Love Italian Food has dedicated 2 days of cooking performances to the King of Cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano. From chef Gianni d’Amato with his “Tripe of Parmigiano Reggiano’s rind with smoked asparagus and cheese rind’s biscuit”, to the Italian classic recipes such as Carbonara (made with Parmigiano Reggiano) and “Parmigiano e Pepe” by chef gastronome Giuseppe Salvatore Paladino, to finish with “Egg whites Tagliolini with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, black truffle pearls and raw egg yolk” by Michelin starred chef Terry Giacomello.

Moreover, many other great Italian products have been the “heroes” of I Love Italian Food video’s production: the creamy Gorgonzola Igor, the extra virgin olive oil by Coppini and the Italian art of Moretti Forni, producer of technological excellences for high-quality pizza and bread.
