INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
goat cheese, 5,6 oz
blueberries, 5,3 oz
raspberries, 5,3 oz
extra virgin olive oil
Turn on the oven to 320°F.
Shuck and mince pistachio nuts.
Divide the goat cheese in four portions.
Put them in a pan in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
The goat cheese has to become warm and soft.
Pour slowly the honey on the perimeter of four dinner plates and put on the berries.
Put the goat cheese in the center of the plates, oil a little bit the cheese and put on the top pistachio nuts.
Enjoy your meal.
