Le Palais de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e \u00e0 Nice, lieu \u00e9l\u00e9gant et embl\u00e9matique, a ouvert ses portes \u00e0 The Italian Show aux professionnels de la r\u00e9gion, avec les trois piliers \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9ducation, d\u00e9gustation, promotion\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0The Italian Show\u00a0\u00bb a en effet pour objectif de promouvoir les excellences de l&rsquo;agroalimentaire italien, \u00e0 travers la connaissance directe du produit et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience avec des chefs embl\u00e9matiques. Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Azur, organis\u00e9e en collaboration avec <b>l\u2019Associazione Cuochi Italiani in Francia,<\/b> parmi les visages de la sc\u00e8ne principale : <b>Gennaro Esposito<\/b> (2 \u00e9toiles Michelin, Torre del Saracino, Ambassadeur de Ciao Pomodoro), tandis que repr\u00e9sentant le monde de la p\u00e2tisserie, <b>Alessandro Moretto<\/b> (chef p\u00e2tissier chez AM Alexandre Mazzia, 3 \u00e9toiles Michelin). Location elegantissima e di riferimento, il Palais de la Mediterran\u00e9e a Nizza ha aperto le porte di The Italian Show ai professionisti dell\u2019area, con i tre pilastri\u00a0\u201c<i>educating, tasting, promoting\u201d.<\/i><\/p><p>\u201cThe Italian Show\u201d nasce infatti con l\u2019obiettivo di promuovere le eccellenze dell\u2019agroalimentare italiano, attraverso la conoscenza diretta del prodotto e l\u2019esperienza con chef iconici.
