Les candidatures seront \u00e9valu\u00e9es par un jury de chefs pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Agostino Coppola, pr\u00e9sident de la FIC France.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4>Cette premi\u00e8re phase d\u00e9terminera les six finalistes qui s&rsquo;affronteront le <b>17 avril \u00e0 Paris<\/b>, sur la sc\u00e8ne de \u00ab\u00a0<b>The Italian Show by I Love Italian Food<\/b>\u00ab\u00a0, l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire des cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement Made in Italy sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9trangers. Durante la finale, gli chef avranno un\u2019ora di tempo per preparare un piatto di propria creazione, che sar\u00e0 valutato in base a specifici criteri, da parte di una giuria di noti chef riconosciuti in Francia e non solo.<\/h4><h4><b>In palio<\/b> per il vincitore un assegno da 1.000,00 Euro, una campionatura di prodotti made in Italy e un set di pentole professionali.
