INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

rustic bread, 4 slices
Parma ham , 4 slices
walnuts, 6
soft cheese, 2,8 oz
rocket leaves, a handful
honey, 1 tbsp
figs, 4

PROCEDURE

Toast the bread and cut the slices into halves. So, spread some cheese on them. Put a few rocket leaves on the cheese and a slice of Prosciutto di Parma. Wash the figs, trim the stem if it is hard then slice the figs. Cut the slices into quarters and put them on top of the Prosciutto. Sprinkle with honey, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve!
