Held in conjunction with the prestigious Gulfood, the largest food &amp; beverage fair in the Middle East, the event marked a return to the scene after four years since the last gathering, with the parenthesis of the pandemic that has further heightened the anticipation.<\/p>\n<p>Taking place on the <b>50th floor of the Emirates Towers<\/b>, at the brand-new <b>Amun\u00ec Restaurant<\/b>, the Aftershow treated guests to an enchanting networking evening, enriched by a 100% Italian menu curated by <b>Executive Chef Alessandro Miceli<\/b>, an icon of Italian cuisine in Dubai for nearly two decades. The menu successfully made the most of the products of the partners who supported this initiative: <b>Mulino Caputo, Latteria Sorrentina, Acetaia Giusti, La Rustichella Tartufi, Matilde Vicenzi, and the Consortium for the Protection of DOC Prosecco<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Among the delicacies offered, the attention and care for the quality of Italian products stood out, captivating attendees with authentic and genuine flavors. In addition to the menu, a <b>bar station <\/b>featured the renowned Prosecco DOC, the official sparkling wine of the evening, and a <b>mixology<\/b> based on Giusti Vermouth, providing guests with an unforgettable sensory experience.<\/p>\n<p>The event saw the participation of some of the best Italian chefs in the Emirati scene, along with food industry influencers and F&amp;B professionals who had come to the city for the fair.
