The initiative, focused on four Tuscan excellences &#8211; <b>Pecorino Toscano PDO, Prosciutto Toscano PDO, Finocchiona PGI, and Toscano PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil <\/b>&#8211; involved <b>20 Italian cuisine restaurants <\/b>in the <b>Berlin<\/b> area from October 23 to October 29, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of the Restaurant Week aimed at the promotion of these four protected products by involving a selected number of restaurateurs who have joined the project, offering a menu with an appetizer board featuring the specified products. It represents a significant task in spreading Italian gastronomic culture to Berlin customers, <b>reaching<\/b> <b>over 10,000 final consumers<\/b> during the tasting week.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative saw the participation of prestigious restaurants, all representatives of the Made in Italy in the city. The <b>complete list of the involved restaurants<\/b> can be consulted at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enjoygusto.eu\/restaurant-week\/\"> https:\/\/www.enjoygusto.eu\/restaurant-week\/.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The initiative was also promoted with a <b>presentation event<\/b> held on October 17, 2023, at the <b>restaurant Coccodrillo<\/b> by Big Mamma Group, an iconic chain of authentic Italian restaurants born in Paris in 2015 and now present almost everywhere in Europe. A fresh and innovative venue that created the perfect atmosphere to introduce GUSTO to Berlin journalists and allow them to taste the four Tuscan excellences featured in the campaign.<\/p>\n<p>During the launch event, representatives of the four Tuscan protection consortia had the opportunity to present their products, accompanied by Chef Gianluca Casini, President of the Associazione Cuochi Italiani (Association of Italian chefs) in Germany. He enriched the event with engaging storytelling about each product, creating an opportunity for exchange and in-depth discussion with the attending guests.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the evening, participants were able to appreciate the unique characteristics of each product not only through guided <b>tastings<\/b> of Pecorino Toscano, Prosciutto Toscano, Toscano Olive Oil, and Finocchiona but also through a menu specially crafted for the event. Each product was highlighted in dishes created by the executive chef of Big Mama Group in Germany, Filippo di Giuseppe.<\/p>\n<p>The event, by invitation, provided an opportunity to meet<b> over 50 selected professionals<\/b>, including influencers, journalists, restaurateurs, distributors, culinary industry professionals, and representatives of institutions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The initiative received enthusiastic appreciation from both the involved professionals and the final consumers, consolidating the success of promoting the Made in Italy tradition in Berlin. But GUSTO&#8217;s project doesn&#8217;t stop here. L'iniziativa, focalizzata su quattro eccellenze toscane - il <b>Pecorino Toscano DOP, il Prosciutto Toscano DOP, la Finocchiona IGP e l'Olio Extravergine di Oliva Toscano IGP<\/b> - ha coinvolto<b> 20 ristoranti di cucina italiana <\/b>selezionati nell'area di <b>Berlino<\/b>, dal 23 al 29 ottobre 2023.<\/p><p>Obiettivo principale della Restaurant Week la promozione di questi quattro prodotti tutelati attraverso il coinvolgimento di un numero selezionato di ristoratori, che hanno aderito al progetto offrendo a men\u00f9 un tagliere aperitivo con i prodotti in questione. Un importante compito di divulgazione della cultura gastronomica italiana nei confronti dei clienti berlinesi, con<b> oltre 10.000 consumatori finali raggiunti <\/b>durante la settimana di degustazione.<\/p><p>L'iniziativa ha visto la partecipazione di ristoranti di prestigio, tutti locali di riferimento che rappresentano il Made in Italy sulla citt\u00e0. La <b>lista completa dei ristoranti <\/b>coinvolti pu\u00f2 essere consultata su [questo link](<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enjoygusto.eu\/restaurant-week\/\">https:\/\/www.enjoygusto.eu\/restaurant-week\/<\/a>).<\/p><p>L\u2019iniziativa \u00e8 stata promossa anche con un <b>evento di presentazione<\/b> tenutosi il 17 ottobre 2023 presso il <b>ristorante<\/b> <b>Coccodrillo<\/b> by Big Mamma Group, iconica catena di ristoranti autentici italiani nata a Parigi nel 2015 e presente ormai in quasi tutta Europa. Un locale fresco e innovativo che ha creato l\u2019atmosfera perfetta per presentare GUSTO ai giornalisti di Berlino e far degustare loro le quattro eccellenze toscane protagoniste della campagna.<\/p><p>Durante l'evento di lancio, i rappresentanti dei quattro consorzi di tutela toscani hanno avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di presentare i propri prodotti affiancati da Chef Gianluca Casini, Presidente dell'<b>Associazione Cuochi Italiani in Germania<\/b>, che ha arricchito l'evento con uno storytelling coinvolgente su ciascun prodotto, creando un'opportunit\u00e0 di scambio e approfondimento con gli ospiti presenti.<\/p><p>Nel corso della serata, inoltre, i partecipanti hanno potuto apprezzare le caratteristiche uniche di ciascun prodotto, non solo con le <b>degustazioni<\/b> guidate di Pecorino Toscano, Prosciutto Toscano, Olio Toscano e Finocchiona, ma anche con un men\u00f9 appositamente creato per l'evento, in cui ogni prodotto era valorizzato nei piatti firmati dallo Chef di Coccodrillo nome e cognome.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>L\u2019evento, su invito, ha permesso di incontrare<b> oltre 50 professionisti selezionati<\/b>, tra cui influencer, giornalisti, ristoratori, distributori, professionisti del settore culinario e rappresentanti delle istituzioni.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>L'iniziativa ha ricevuto apprezzamenti entusiastici sia dai professionisti coinvolti che dai consumatori finali, consolidando il successo della promozione della tradizione made in Italy a Berlino. Ma il progetto di GUSTO non si ferma qui.
