The Aftershow took place at the <b>28th floor of K\u00f6lnSKY<\/b>, an elegant venue not far from the fair with a panoramic view of Cologne skyline. Two hundred selected guests joined us to toast Italy and our excellences, with a glass of Prosecco DOC.<\/p>\n<p>The evening was a vibrant and engaging occasion, a networking opportunity for some of the key players in the world of gastronomy, chefs, and more.<\/p>\n<p>The menu for the evening was a journey that led guests to discover the authentic flavors of Italy, from north to south. The evening was not only enriched by good Italian food but also featured special guests and live performances. First of all, <b>Davide Civitiello<\/b> master pizzaiolo delighted our guests in the pizza corner, with his Neapolitan pizzas signed by Mulino Caputo. Furthermore, the Associazione Cuochi Italiani in Germania and the <b>President Gianluca Casini<\/b>, were involved in a live show cooking, to prepare risottos stirred in inside the Asiago DOP wheel. The <b>Mixology area<\/b> was another highlight of this Aftershow, here guests could taste innovative cocktails created with the excellent products of Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<i>This Aftershow appointment at Anuga is the last one of 2023, but our format consistently proves to be a special occasion for meeting and celebrating Made in Italy on international markets. For this reason, we have already scheduled more events for the next year that will take us to Tokyo, Dubai, New York, and Paris. There are still many warriors of Italian food to meet and engage with, and there is still much promotion to be done for our excellences,<\/i>\u201d declares Alessandro Schiatti, President of I Love Italian Food.<\/p>\n<p>This German edition of the Aftershow attracted numerous prominent guests in the culinary scene, including chefs, restaurateurs, representatives of industry associations, institutions, and influencers. Duecento ospiti selezionati si sono uniti a noi per brindare all\u2019Italia e alle nostre eccellenze, con un calice di Prosecco DOC.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>La serata \u00e8 stata un'occasione calorosa e coinvolgente, un momento di incontro tra alcuni dei principali attori del mondo della ristorazione, chef e non solo.<\/p><p>Il men\u00f9 della serata \u00e8 stato un viaggio che ha condotto gli ospiti alla scoperta dei sapori autentici dell'Italia, da nord a sud. Ad animare la serata, non solo il buon cibo made in Italy, ma anche ospiti speciali e performance dal vivo. L\u2019area pizza, in primis, con il maestro pizzaiolo <b>Davide Civitiello<\/b> e le sue pizze napoletane firmate Mulino Caputo. E ancora, live show cooking con gli chef dell\u2019Associazione Cuochi Italiani in Germania e il <b>Presidente Gianluca Casini<\/b>, con i risotti mantecati nelle forme di Asiago DOP. Grande protagonista di questo Aftershow anche <b>l\u2019area mixology<\/b>, dove gli ospiti hanno potuto degustare cocktail innovativi creati con i prodotti di eccellenza di Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><i>\u201cQuesto appuntamento dell\u2019Aftershow ad Anuga \u00e8 stato l\u2019ultimo per il 2023, ma il nostro format si dimostra sempre un\u2019occasione speciale di incontro e celebrazione del made in Italy sui mercati internazionali. Per questo abbiamo gi\u00e0 programmato gli appuntamenti per il prossimo anno che ci porteranno a Tokyo, Dubai, New York e Parigi.
