Consortia and producers made their products available for <b>tasting moments<\/b>, with Parmigiano Reggiano, pasta, ice cream and more than 800 coffees served. And then the world of wine, with over <b>4,000 glasses of wine tasted<\/b>, and mixology, with over 3<b>00 cocktails mixed<\/b> by the UKBG team to share the world of Italian spirits.<\/p>\n<p>It was a day full of excitement, especially for the protagonists of the two competitions that enlivened the day of The Italian Show. In fact, there were two prizes awarded: one for the world of chefs with <b>The Best Chef Of Italian Cuisine in UK &#8211; Parmigiano Reggiano Award<\/b>, given to chef Luca Sanna; one for the world of sommeliers with <b>The Best UK Sommelier &#8211; Villa Sandi Award<\/b>, on whose podium stood sommelier Christopher Parker.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A great success for this first event of The Italian Show, which will be replicated next September in Dusseldorf for professionals from the German market.
