On May 25th, instead, Lambrusco tasting was particularly appreciated by US professionals, coming from the cities of Houston, Denver, Portland and Seattle. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#000000&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.4em&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;#C5310D&#8221; header_3_font=&#8221;Antic Slab||||||||&#8221; header_3_font_size=&#8221;17px&#8221; header_3_line_height=&#8221;1.2em&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;-11px|||||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Tokyo, Houston, Denver, Portland and Seattle<\/b><\/span> are some of the locations that I Love Italian Food and the Consortium which unites the various types of Lambrusco DOC of Emilia Romagna have chosen to present all the colors of wine in a<span class=\"s1\"><b> series of online tastings<\/b><\/span>, guided by expert sommeliers of Italian wines together with the <span class=\"s1\"><b>producers of the new Generation of Lambrusco<\/b><\/span>. Young people on whom, as <span class=\"s1\"><b>President Claudio Biondi<\/b><\/span> explains, Consorzio Tutela Lambrusco is betting a lot:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">&#8220;We want to make our &#8220;Young People&#8221; ambassadors of Lambrusco in the world. These are producers who, on average, speak two languages perfectly, know the product and are eager to share our tradition with new consumers &#8211; who are increasingly attentive and curious&#8221;.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>On Wednesday, May 19th<\/b><\/span>, the focus was on the Japanese market and Tokyo, in a digital tasting moderated by the first Japanese sommelier in Italy <span class=\"s1\"><b>Shigeru Hayashi<\/b><\/span>, founder of Solo Italia and expert of wine on the Japanese market. <span class=\"s1\"><b>On Tuesday May 25th<\/b><\/span>, on the other hand, the appointment was with the US and sommelier <span class=\"s1\"><b>Randall Restiano<\/b><\/span>, Beverage Director at Eataly NYC, moderated the presentations of Lambrusco producers. These first two tastings will be followed by others in the fall, also designed for the American and Japanese markets.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">&#8220;<i>We are pleased to have launched this international promotional campaign in collaboration with the Lambrusco DOC Consortium. The goal of these wine tastings, part of our Academy project, is to increase the literacy and knowledge of one of the symbolic products of the Italian wine world.<\/i>&#8220;<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Says Alessandro Schiatti, CEO and co-founder of I Love Italian Food.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Each Academy appointment is reserved for a selected number of professionals, mainly from the Ho.Re.Ca. world, who, by enrolling, receive a free sample of Lambrusco bottles.
