Cut into slices not too thin. Insert toothpicks in the slices so that the rings don&#8217;t separate.<br \/>\nPlace the onion slices on the preheated plate at maximum temperature. Cook for about 10 minutes and then turn them over.<br \/>\nMeanwhile wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.<br \/>\nSlice the mozzarella well.<br \/>\nIn a bowl pour plenty of oil, oregano and a pinch of salt.<br \/>\nBuild turrets starting from the tomato and alternating mozzarella with onion.
