Let stand for 20 min and add the egg whites beaten until stiff.<br \/>\nWash the broccoli tops and cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes, pass them quickly under cold water, dry and keep them aside. Clean them remaining vegetables and cut into strips or slices.<br \/>\nDip the vegetables and the basil leaves, a few at a time, into the batter, helping with a fork and put in the fryer at 170 C\u00b0 until they are golden.
