{"id":43328,"date":"2017-07-18T17:34:26","date_gmt":"2017-07-18T15:34:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iloveitalianfood.it\/gelato-vegan-al-cioccolato-e-3-cereali-en\/"},"modified":"2018-01-04T16:29:18","modified_gmt":"2018-01-04T15:29:18","slug":"gelato-vegan-al-cioccolato-e-3-cereali-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iloveitalianfood.it\/en\/gelato-vegan-al-cioccolato-e-3-cereali-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegan 3 grains and chocolate gelato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"ricetta-difficolta\">DIFFICULTY: <span class=\"ricetta-difficolta-dettaglio\">3<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"ricetta-tempo\">3 hours and 5 minutes<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"ricetta-ingredienti-titolo\">INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ricetta-ingredienti\">3 grains milk, 1 cup + 1 tbsp<br \/>\nvegetable whipping cream, 1 cup + 1 tbsp<br \/>\nbrown sugar, 1\/2 cup<br \/>\nchopped dark chocolate, 1 + 1\/4 cup<br \/>\ncarob flour, 1\/2 tsp<br \/>\nsalt, 1\/4 tsp<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ricetta-procedimento-titolo\">PROCEDURE<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ricetta-procedimento\">Preheat the gelato machine before putting the bowl in. In a saucepan add 3 grains milk, the vegetable whipping cream, carob flour, salt and brown sugar and bring to boil.<br \/>\nTurn off the heat, add the dark chocolate cut into small pieces, and let it rest for a few minutes.<br \/>\nAfter that, stir the chocolate mixture constantly with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.<br \/>\nLet cool to room temperature and then refrigerate the cream until it will be completely cold for at least 2 hours.<br \/>\nPour the mixture into the basket of the gelato machine (for me Il Gelataio ICK5000 De Longhi).
