{"id":43220,"date":"2017-07-18T17:32:17","date_gmt":"2017-07-18T15:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iloveitalianfood.it\/rotolini-di-zucchine-con-crema-di-gamberi-en\/"},"modified":"2018-01-04T16:33:22","modified_gmt":"2018-01-04T15:33:22","slug":"rotolini-di-zucchine-con-crema-di-gamberi-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iloveitalianfood.it\/en\/rotolini-di-zucchine-con-crema-di-gamberi-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini rolls stuffed with shrimp cream"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"ricetta-difficolta\">DIFFICULTY: <span class=\"ricetta-difficolta-dettaglio\">1<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"ricetta-tempo\">45 minutes<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"ricetta-ingredienti-titolo\">INGREDIENTS PER 10 PEOPLE<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ricetta-ingredienti\">shrimps,\t14,11oz<br \/>\ncream cheese,\t7.05oz<br \/>\nlong zucchini, 2<br \/>\nbalsamic glaze,\tto taste<br \/>\nsalt,\tto taste<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ricetta-procedimento-titolo\">PROCEDURE<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ricetta-procedimento\">Fill a pot with much water.<br \/>\nCook it over high heat and bring it to a boil.<br \/>\nPour the shrimp with a pinch of salt and cook for 5-10 minutes.<br \/>\nDrain the shrimps and clean them, removing the head, legs, tail and the shell.<br \/>\nPass the shrimps with an immersion blender and add us cream cheese.<br \/>\nWash and remove the 2 ends of each zucchini.<br \/>\nUse a cutting board and a sharp knife to cut the zucchini into slices lengthwise.<br \/>\nAfter preheated grill to maximum temperature, put on it side by side the slices.<br \/>\nAfter 10 minutes, turn the slices and cook for another 10 minutes.<br \/>\nSpread the cream on each slice and roll up it.
