Over two days of meetings, training sessions, and networking opportunities, chefs, restaurateurs, buyers, and industry professionals came together with the goal of strengthening professional dialogue between Italy and France through gastronomic culture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1545\">The <strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1189\">100% Italian Award<\/strong> was created to recognize those who, beyond Italy\u2019s borders, choose to represent Italian cuisine and products with seriousness and awareness. It is not only about preparing an excellent dish or offering an authentic product, but also about preserving and passing on a heritage made up of territories, production chains, traditions, and artisanal expertise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1663\">During the ceremony, <strong data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1591\">Alessandro Schiatti<\/strong>, President of I Love Italian Food, emphasized the meaning of the award:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"2020\">\n<p data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"2020\">\u201cBeing 100% Italian today, outside of Italy, means making a responsible choice. It means working every day with authentic ingredients, respecting supply chains, and building a consistent narrative around our cuisine.
