The German edition, which marked the first stop of the 2025 tour, delivered an engaging experience thanks to a program that combined training, tasting, and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1460\">One of the new features this year was the introduction of thematic stages aimed at providing targeted educational content for those working in the HO.RE.CA. sector. The <em data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1017\">Tasting Show<\/em> featured renowned chefs who shared techniques and traditions of Italian cuisine with an innovative and international perspective. The <em data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1164\">Pizza Show<\/em> celebrated the artistry of pizza makers, turning pizza preparation into a true performance. Meanwhile, the <em data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1283\">Talk Show<\/em> brought together restaurateurs, communication professionals, and food &amp; beverage innovators to discuss emerging trends and future strategies for promoting Made in Italy abroad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"2086\">Once again, <em data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1492\">The Italian Show<\/em> was a journey into Italian cuisine, created to showcase the excellence of our agri-food sector and strengthen the connection between those who produce and those who bring Made in Italy to tables around the world every day. In Munich, some of the most celebrated figures in the culinary scene took the stage: Gennaro Esposito, Biagio Salerno, Heros De Agostinis, Paco Zanobini, Marco Giannattasio, the Lady Chef Italiane team, and the Cuochi Contadini from Campagna Amica. Their masterclasses and showcooking sessions offered the audience not only education, but also emotion and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2465\">Special focus was given to the world of pizza and the role of the Pizza Chef.
