Organised by I Love Italian Food and the Associazione Cuochi Italiani in UK, the event celebrated the excellence of Italian agri-food sectors, offering a day filled with meetings, masterclasses, and culinary displays.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>opening ceremony<\/b> was inaugurated by Consul General Domenico Bellantone, who cut the ribbon, joined by representatives from Italian institutions such as ICE Italian Trade Agency, the Italian Embassy in London, ENIT, and the Italian Cultural Institute, all of whom patronized the project.<\/p>\n<p>Among the distinguished guests at the event were<b> starred chef Gennaro Esposito<\/b>, from his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Torre del Saracino, and renowned <b>bartender Alessandro Palazzi,<\/b> from the famous Dukes Bar in London.<b> The \u201cPizzaricercatore\u201d Renato Bosco <\/b>also thrilled the audience with his innovative approach to pizza, based on a constant search for ingredients and techniques.<\/p>\n<p>A particularly anticipated moment was the competition &#8220;<b>The Best Chef of Italian Cuisine in UK 2024<\/b>,&#8221; featuring talented Italian chefs working in the UK. The star-studded jury included prominent names in Italian cuisine, such as<b> Francesco Mazzei<\/b>, chef from the Sartoria restaurant in London, <b>Aldo Zilli,<\/b> a well-known chef and television personality, and <b>Alberico Penati,<\/b> celebrated for his refined Italian cuisine across Europe. The competition showcased the excellence of Italian cuisine in the UK, providing participants with the opportunity to compete before top-level judges.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most engaging moments of the day was the <b>Spinning Pizza performance by Giorgia Riggio<\/b>, who captivated the audience with a display of impressive skill and energy. Her acrobatic pizza show drew attention and added a touch of entertainment to the event, making it one of the highlights of the day.<\/p>\n<p>During the masterclasses on the stages, chefs and pizzaioli provided attendees with new insights and skills to enhance and reinterpret the Made in Italy brand. The event offered an immersive experience for industry professionals, allowing them to witness the creation of high-end dishes up close and learn new techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian Show also featured a vast exhibition area dedicated to the finest Italian food and wine, with participation from producers and protection consortia. L\u2019evento, organizzato da I Love Italian Food e dall\u2019Associazione Cuochi Italiani in UK, ha celebrato le eccellenze delle filiere agroalimentari italiane, offrendo una giornata ricca di incontri, masterclass e spettacoli culinari.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>La <b>cerimonia di apertura <\/b>\u00e8 stata inaugurata dal Console Generale Domenico Bellantone, che ha tagliato il nastro, affiancato da rappresentanti di istituzioni italiane come ICE, l'Ambasciata Italiana a Londra, ENIT e l\u2019Istituto Italiano di Cultura, tutte patrocinanti il progetto.<\/p><p>Tra gli ospiti d\u2019onore dell\u2019evento si sono distinti lo <b>chef stellato Gennaro Esposito<\/b>, con il suo ristorante Torre del Saracino (2 stelle Michelin), e il celebre<b> barman Alessandro Palazzi<\/b>, del rinomato Dukes Bar di Londra. Anche il <b>\u201cPizzaricercatore\u201d Renato Bosco<\/b> ha entusiasmato il pubblico con la sua innovativa visione del mondo della pizza, basata su una costante ricerca di ingredienti e tecniche.<\/p><p>Un momento particolarmente atteso \u00e8 stata la competizione \"<b>The Best Chef of Italian Cuisine in UK 2024<\/b>\", che ha visto la partecipazione di talentuosi chef italiani operanti nel Regno Unito. La giuria stellare era composta da grandi nomi della cucina italiana tra cui <b>Francesco Mazzei<\/b>, chef calabrese alla guida del ristorante Sartoria a Londra, <b>Aldo Zilli<\/b>, noto chef e volto televisivo, e <b>Alberico Penati<\/b>, celebre per la sua raffinata cucina italiana in Europa.
