INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

red prawns, 20
little tomatoes, 10
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
garlic, 1 clove
white wine, to taste

PROCEDURE

Clean the red prawns leaving the cuticle.
In a pan warm the olive oil with an unpeeled clove of garlic.
Put the red prawns in the pan and dilute with white wine.
Clean and cut in a half the tomatoes.
Skew alternately red prawns and tomatoes.
Put the sticks on the Contact Grill De Longhi for few minutes.
Flavor with salt, pepper and oil.
