INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

bread, 1 lb
sea bream, 14,1 oz
cherry tomatoes
olive oil
garlics, 2 cloves
oregano
1 lemon
pepper
hot pepper
salt

PROCEDURE

Cut the bread in small pieces and put this in the oven (180°) for 15 minutes. Cook the sea bream with garlic, salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes. When the sea bream is ready, flake and clean it. In a pan, put the olive oil, a clove of garlic, cherry tomatoes (cut in small pieces), salt, pepper and oregano. If you like it, add hot pepper. Cook all for 15 minutes. With the help of a spoon, take the result and put on bread. Bon appetite!
