INGREDIENTS PER 8 PEOPLE

scallops in their shells, 8
breadcrumbs , 80 gr
garlic, 2 cloves
a small bunch of parsley
salt and pepper
olive oil

PROCEDURE

Finely chop the parsley and the garlic.
Pour a little of olive oil on each shell and put 1 teaspoon of the chopped parsley and garlic over the oil.
Then put the scallops in the shells and sprinkle a little of salt and pepper, add 1 tablepoon of breadcrumbs over it. Pour again some olive oil.
Cook at 356F for 10 minutes and serve the scallops when they are still hot.
