INGREDIENTS PER 2 PEOPLE

Calamari rings, 2 servings
Flour, 3 tablespoons
Cornstarch, 1 1/2 tablespoon
Salt
Black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying

Mixed salad to serve

For the sauce:
Sweet and sour sauce with chili, 6 tablespoons
Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
Juice of half a lime
Some fresh ginger, grated
Garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon
chili powder

PROCEDURE

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, taste and adjust according to your taste. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside Heat plenty of oil in a large frying pan.
