prawns, 4
salad
lemon juice
olive oil
salt
pepper
cucumbers, 1
anchovies, 2
tomatoes, 3
parsley
wild fennel

PROCEDURE

In a box put the anchovies with lemon juice and oil. Marinate it for 10 minutes. Take a pan and cook the prawns (in salt and hot water). Now take the box with the anchovies: add the prawns, cucumbers and tomatoes (in small pieces) and flavor with oil, salt, pepper and parsley. This recipe it’s very easy and fast, with a strong and very good taste.
