INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

pumpkin, 5,3 oz
milk, 7 oz
cream, 3,5 oz
white sugar, 3,5 oz
vanilla pod, 1

PROCEDURE

Steam the pumpkin for 20-25 minutes and set aside. Heat the milk with the seeds of the vanilla bean, filter it and whip it together with the pumpkin, the sugar and the cream.
Activate the gelato freezer, pour the mixture into it and the ice cream will be ready after 30 minutes.
It will be not too whitted, keep it in the freezer for a couple of hours and it will be perfect.
