Flour of Storo, 17,637 Oz

Salt
Butter , 0,70 Oz
Fresh whole milk, 16,907 fl Oz

PROCEDURE

Put the flour and the milk into a nonstick saucepan, even better if made of copper, and simmer. Meanwhile, put some water and salt in a large saucepan until it boils. When all the milk will be absorbed by the flour that is cooking, start to pour the hot salted water whenever needed during the cooking, and stir frequently, considered that approximately 1 hour cooking is needed to get a good polenta.
Once the cooking is completed, add the butter.
Put in a plate, season as desired and serve.
