INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE

pasta, 11,5 oz
chopped scallion, 1 little
mozzarella cheese, 1 ball
extravergin olive oil, 2 tbsp
cauliflower, 10,6 oz
olives “taggiasche”, 1,4 oz

PROCEDURE

Bring water to a boil.
Wash and cut cauliflower.
Drop pasta into boiling water, stir and cook about 8-10 minutes according to package.
Pour 1 cup of water into a pot and place the cauliflower pieces into a steamer basket.
Place the steamer in the pot steam the cauliflower for 5-8 minutes until it is tender.
Put 2 tablespoons oil in a large nonstick pan.
Add onion and olives Fresh and steamed cauliflower.
Drain pasta in a colander.
Mix pasta into the sauce and add mozzarella pieces.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Serve warm.
