INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE
large white onions, 4
1 large potato
butter, 1,76 oz
broth mixed meats (maybe a stock cube), 6 cups
cinnamon, 1 bit of stick and a tablespoon of powder)
pepper to taste
parmigiano reggiano or pecorino, 3,5 oz
Finely chop the onions
Cook over low heat with butter and oil
When they are tender and transparent add the potato cubes
Season with salt
Simmer it for 40-50 minutes.
Roast the bread and let it in the bowl.
Alternate a layer of bread to one of soup and cheese
