Ground Beef, 20 Oz
Eggs
parsley, 3
Garlic, 2 Small Cloves

Parmigiano Reggiano
Cheese
milk to taste

Pepper to taste

Bread Crumbs


PROCEDURE

Mince parsley and garlic. Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them until you have a compact dough with a spheric shape.
 After that, take small amounts of it and roll them into balls using your hands.
You will need a pan with hot oil to cook meatballs. Serve hot! 

If you want to propose a different recipe, cook them for half into hot oil, then put Polpette into souce and cook for the other half.
